have concerning 1st Lt William M. Royall who was
assigned to B Company and Headquarters Company
1st Battalion, 253d Infantry Regiment at Camp Van
Dorn, Mississippi. It appears that Lt Royall was
transferred from the 63rd Infantry Division to the 29th
Infantry Division and was killed in action on 19
November 1944. Erik has "adopted" Lt Royall's
gravesite located in the Netherland American
Cemetery in Margraten, Netherlands. You can
