Proclamation relating to BG Harris
In 1966 the 63rd Infantry Division Association prepared the following proclamation for presentation to Brigadier
General Frederick M. Harris, Assistant Division Commander of the 63rd Infantry Division.  As I understand the
reason for this proclamation, General Harris reverted to his permanent grade of Colonel after the war.
