254th Infantry Regimental Memorial Plaque Jebsheim, France 1999

Bronze Plaque in memory of the sixty-six (66) men of
the 254th Infantry Regiment who were killed in action
during the Battle of Jebsheim, January 1945. Placed
on the Jebsheim town war memorial - Jun 1999. (Only
recently did we discover that Pfc Harry U Valencia
included on the plaque was actually Pfc Henry U
Valencia. The Mayor of Jebsheim, France has been
informed of this error so that the correct name will be
read at any ceremonies held in honor of our comrades
killed in Jebsheim)
